I called 911 restoration right after a flood occurred in my condo and someone came out right away. Jonathan showed up and he was so thorough and explained everything in detail and what he was going to inspect and how the company can help me.
I was so impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, patience and communication.
Great experience after a horrible event makes it a little easier to deal with.
Thank you Jonathan

My technician Mike Fernandez came out to look at my water damage. He explained everything to me where I can understand what he was saying. He was very professional and offered several suggestions for me to further research. I recommend him and 911 Restoration for your next water disaster. I couldn't be more pleased. Mike Fernandez was excellent.
